In response to their member’s lack of time and their need for high quality investment management, the Arizona Medical Association with the help of Merrill J. Sauriol, current Chairman and CEO, formed two subsidiaries in 1986 to provide high quality professional investment and retirement plan services to its membership. These two companies, ARMA Membership Benefits, Inc. and ARMA Financial Services, Inc. have served over 1400 physicians. While serving the financial planning needs of physicians continues to be a very important part of our business, we have expanded our services to include other qualified investors. We remain independent of any bank, brokerage firm, insurance company, trust company or mutual fund company thus avoiding any conflict of interest.
While many things have changed since our inception in 1986, our core beliefs and values remain the same. Our commitment to our clients is to always place their needs first and foremost and to provide them superior service.
