Kirk Tushaus, President

Kirk joined ARMA Financial Services in 1995. His career in financial services started in 1981 with Dean Witter Reynolds in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1985 he continued his career in Arizona and continues to serve the planning and investment needs of individuals, corporations and foundations. Kirk is also responsible for providing investment and ERISA consulting services to pension plan sponsors and trustees.

Mr. Tushaus is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). In 1999 he earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) through the Association by completing coursework and examination at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In 2006, he successfully completed the IMCA Educational Program ENDOWMENTS AND FOUNDATIONS studies and examination at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kirk is an Investment Adviser Representative and is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27) in addition to the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.

Kirk is also very active in the community. He served as Past President of Notre Dame Preparatory H.S. Advisory Board, is a member of the school’s Capital Campaign Cabinet and is Past President of the school’s Booster Club. He also serves as the Chairman of Finance and Investment Committee of the Catholic Community Foundation and the Investment Committee of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Catholic Community Foundation. Since 2004, Kirk has been directly involved with the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation and is Co-Chairman of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts in Arizona.

Kirk and his wife, Marianne, currently live in Scottsdale and have two sons – Chase and Blair. Chase is a graduate of the University of San Diego and Blair attends Brigham Young University.
