Merrill J. Sauriol, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

An Investment Advisor Compliance Specialist, Merrill is a fifty year veteran of the investment industry.  He earned his bachelor's degree in Business from Loyola University in Chicago and has served as an Arbitration Judge for the American Arbitration Association and as a Judge on the NYSE Arbitration Board.  Merrill was named in Who's Who in Finance and Industry, 1983-1984. Merrill was instrumental in establishing ARMA Financial Services, Inc. & ARMA Membership Benefits, Inc. for the Arizona Medical Association in 1986 and has been the managing principal of both firms since their inception.  In 2006, he accepted the Arizona Medical Association's "Distinguished Service Award."

Over the years, Merrill's high standards and dedication to premium customer service combined with his disciplined approach to the financial markets has earned him the respect and loyalty of his clients.  He believes in hands on approach for his clients to achieve investment success and that quality is second to none.

Merrill and his wife, Jean, moved to Scottsdale in 1984 from Carmel, Indiana with their two daughters, Ann and Amy.  Merrill is a lifetime member of SERTOMA (Service to Mankind) and is a member of the United States Naval Institute.  Merrill enjoys traveling, football, photography and especially spending time with his grandchildren, Alex and Sarah.  He and Jean live in Scottsdale.
